Usually, yes. Tell us how many steps there are and whether there's a railing, and we'll make sure we have enough hands for the carry.
Do you take insurance or Medicare?
No. We are private pay only and do not bill insurance or Medicare. Prices are listed up front so you know the total before you book.
How soon can you deliver?
We book deliveries at least 3 days ahead so everything is in place before the discharge date. Call us if your date is close and we'll tell you what we can do.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $200 refundable deposit held on a card. It is released after pickup once the equipment is checked.
